Malays

Melayu bodoh.
It's funny how we only react actively to that one simple statement when there's actually a lot of other things that actually humiliate our own race; Malays do drugs/smoke weed/rape young girls and etc. I will not be surprised if one day our race will die just like that. Because there's too many little things that we didn't put our attention on. And it's hard for many of us to accept criticism that came from our race itself.  We choose to label them as 'lupa bangsa sendiri' or 'kutuk bangsa sendiri'  when we could actually learn to improve ourselves for the matter of our race.

Stop pointing fingers at others for the cutback of our race and start pointing at the mirror and sees where the finger is pointing to. It's pointing to ourselves. And we need to start blaming ourselves for not trying to improve our race quality. I'm not judging my own race. I've traveled some other countries and I haven't met any race that treat strangers nicely like we Malaysians do. But it sicken me knowing that our race can't find the logic in 'respect yourself and others will respect you'.

Honestly, from where I am writing now, I feel ashamed with Chinese and Indians that grew up among us. Because to me it seems like they're moving ahead slowly while we are stuck in the phase where we think that our race is solid enough to stay in this country. Yes, our prime minister is a Malay. But that's not the reason to be comfortable from where we are now. That's not the reason to be too confident about the advantage the we, Malays have.

You cannot blame the ministers for this matter. You cannot blame the other people in your race for not trying to improve all this. Look at you. What did you do for the sake of your own race? Sitting behind the computer screen and complain? Making multiples of accounts and say bad stuff anonymously?

I'm just trying to share my thoughts. And I know that this matter can be so sensitive to some people but I'm willing to take the risk. Because this matter sicken me. And if any of you wish to object my arguments, please do it in the most polite way you can think of because if you don't, you just agree with me saying that Malays will only be so serious when other people talk bad about their race.

Hidup Melayu!

buruk org melayu, buruk la islam.
tak hairan la, non muslim payah nak convert.
sbb depa tengok orang melayu (islam) sendiri perangai buruk.

    * bukan kena ubah perdana menteri. ubah diri sendiri dulu. yang lain akan menyusul kemudian. insyaallah.

  7. kaizen, no worries, it can be fix! :D

Fateha Halim, what's happening now, already happened in the past- other races are rising above Malays. Nobody likes Sejarah, but then it means that most of us never learn from the past.

    Ihsan Arifin, agree.

    gdsbnga, thanks :-)

ameerqisti, thanks! Uhm just the normal template by blogger :s

    imann, sure thing! :-)

ZRK, You mean 'living' not leaving. I'm not complaining, I'm pointing out our mistakes that can still be fix if our people focuses more about this matter. And yeah what you said is true, we all have flaws. We're not perfect, but that doesn't mean that we can't improve ourselves to be someone better. You have the advantage to be friends with Chinese people, hope you learn a lot from them! :-)

  8. oh , thanks perbetul my English . i mmg tak berapa reti english pun , hehe . you mesti terer english kan ? nanti further TESL k ?*joking*
anyway , memang saya belajar bnyak dr budak chinese . antaranya adalah saya belajar yg kita mesti proud dgn kaum kita . instead of pergi kat diorang and said " yup . kamilah kaum yg banyak merempit , hisap dadah tuh ." saya lebih suka pergi dan cakap " yup . kamilah kaum yang ada pergi bulan, belajar oversea, pegi kutub sana sini". get what i mean ?but you shouldn't feel ashamed w chinese/indians.you pernah tengok org Chinese or Indians yg ashamed dgn org Melayu ?starting point kita brbeza masa penjajah tinggalkn negara kita.kita dah tertinggal beberapa puluh tahun kebelakang.waktu kaum lain guna jentera ,penjajah kasi kita cangkul n kerbau ja.and now kita tgh cuba utk catchup balik.klu u sendiri cakap buruk psl u punya kaum then you shouldn't be mad if diorang kutuk u punya kaum.seriously , apa yg u akan rasa if your post nih ada kaum lain baca and comment"org melayu mmg mcm tuh.lemah." apa adik nk kata?find the logic in 'respect yourself and others will respect you'.anyway , dik . you study lah elok-2 then dapat straight As in Spm macam Nik Nur Madihah , Azli Azlan , Amalina Che Bakri . OK ? You seemed to be one of them yang amat care psl nasib org Melayu . its a good thing, seriously . next time buat post tntang kebaikan org Melayu plak ok ?hehe . assalamualaikum:)
p/s :baca you punya post for the 2nd time baru saya faham apa sebenarnya you nk cakap.sorry.

  9. rev vengeance, Thank you :-)

ZRK, you don't need to be cynical, really. You are right about the examples stated in your comment but that is only ONE point of view. There are many possible ways of looking at it. And it is possible that my thoughts are one of it. Remember what people always say? When you know you are right about something, remind yourself that you must constantly look at it in a different way.
I appreciate your time being here, refreshing the page to see if I give you any response and all. I have no right to go against you, after all, I'm just a free writer, this is a placed called the internet. You have your points there, I respect your opinions but hey, I can't please everyone. I'm sorry but being argumentative(with someone you barely know lol) is not at all beautiful to me so I shall let you have this arguments all to yourself if you can't seem to accept my thoughts. I can't help if that's your attitude so I hope you're not offended! :-)

  11. Oh totally agree on your statement .and semua yang aawak post kan ini.bagi saya perkara ini dah lama kita nampak .dah lama rakyat kita tahu.namun mereka hanya melihat dan membiarkan. tanak buat satu perubahan pun. ye benar semua nampak pada kaum melayu sahaja. hakikat sebenar semua kaum di malaysia sama sahaja.semua ada kelemahan disamping kekuatan. ada ambil dadah, merokok, membunuh, merogol dan sebagainye.masalah ini lebih teruk bila melayu itu sendiri tak tahu nak betul kan diri mereka malahan lagi kecuh kan hal kecil sedemikian. oleh itu, nampak ramai melayu yg teruk dan tak baik.tapi sebenarnye kaum cina dan india pun ape kurangnye teruk juga. bagi saya.entry nazihah yang ni sangat sensitif bagi masyarakat yang "otak kau sempit" hahaha .ia sebenarnye bergantung pada niat kita.kalau buat untuk kesedaran kaum kita sendiri ape salah nye .bukan kita nak hina kutuk dan jatuhkan kaum kita. nazihah melayu so kenape die sanggup nak kutuk melayu .so c'mon be positive.. fikir fikir kan.. biar kita ditegur oleh kaum kita ,jangan lah kita ditegur oleh kaum lain. kita malu .for me. I'm proud of malaysians. So thumbs up nazihah ! this entry can open up eyes rakyat betapa penting nye individu yang bergelar melayu.

  12. Anis Syazwani, thanks :-)

mohamad faizal bin nasir, I admit that some of my words are kind of sensitive for some people to read it. It depends on the person itself how he would take it. But I'm open to any opinions here. So it doesn't matter though. And yeah I agree with you. Thanks anyway :-)
